Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unsharpened condition.
  • In the original packaging, including any boxes, sheaths, or cases.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been used or opened:
  • CERAMIC WATER SHARPENERS (Due to potential wear on the ceramic wheels)
  • Forks & other dining utensils
  • Any product where the original packaging seal has been broken.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will email you the RMA number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange item.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The total time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to an alternate card or payment account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process above. Once we receive and process the return, you will be refunded. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
