- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.

- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over £50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are confident you will love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been used or opened, or if their original packaging seal is broken:
- CERAMIC WATER SHARPENERS (Due to potential wear on the ceramic wheels)
- Forks & other dining utensils
- Any product where the original packaging has been unsealed.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unsharpened condition.
- Repackaged in the original packaging, including all boxes, sheaths, or cases.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Provide Details: In your email, include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you the RMA number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange item.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The total time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to an alternate card or payment account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and process the return, you will be refunded. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
