The 24cm long blade of the Gyuto Knife comes with an octagonal walnut handle and is perfect for all large Kitchen tasks, this being the large version of the 21cm Gyuto knife. Yu Kurosaki presents his Fujin range of knives, made from VG-10 stainless steel and finished with a Hammered & Damascus finish on the blade of the knife. Fujin meaning “Wind God” is the name given to the knife for the distinctive hammered pattern finish on the blade which represents the wind. Along with this, it is finished with a beautiful Damascus pattern on the blade as well making it glisten in the light. Fujin has a traditional Japanese knife construction with an Octagonal handle made from walnut, these are top of the line knives made for serious knife enthusiasts.
